Edit Pictures with Photoshop

1. Duplicate Background layer
2. lasso tool --> select the area that should be clear afterwards
3. feather selection: ctl+alt+d --> for soft edge
4. select pixel radius: 50 pixels
5. layer: new, from copy
6. Lay effect over background layer
